Odd Guys Brewing started with a basic question: Why brew like everyone else? Settled in the historical industrial core of Apopka, FL, we set up shop with copper vessels, welding torches, and raw determination to bring outstanding craft beer back to basics.
We aren't corporate suits or master marketers. We are a passionate team of local guys obsessed with water quality, elite malt formulas, and wild hop varieties. Every barrel we craft is handled in our facility on 5th Street with attention to absolute quality, clean fermentation, and incredible carbonation balance.
We source citrus, peaches, and honey from Florida farms to back our craft.

Our signature brew! A copper-colored classic that showcases massive pine, floral, and bright orange rind hop characteristics. Clean bitterness and premium craft malt.
9.2% ABV • 65 IBU
Thick, dark, and highly rebellious. Roasted dark malts deliver aggressive layers of heavy espresso, bitter dark baker's chocolate, and a rich warming alcohol finish.
4.9% ABV • 20 IBU
Malty, balanced, and remarkably crisp. Brewed with custom toasted German Vienna malts for a rich copper profile. Finishes clean with an authentic classic noble hop aroma.
8.5% ABV • 75 IBU
Heavy dry-hopping with Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Massive stonefruit aroma leads to intense flavors of juicy mango, sweet passionfruit, and dank floral resin.
5.2% ABV • 15 IBU
Perfect for the Florida heat! Brewed with locally harvested peaches. Highly refreshing, medium-bodied, hazy appearance, with a wonderfully soft wheat malt backdrop.
4.5% ABV • 8 IBU
Vibrant magenta hue, heavily tart, and bursting with organic red raspberries. A quick kettle souring delivers clean, lactic acidity with a crisp, refreshing, dry finish.
We package any of our draft lines into custom, machine-sealed 32oz aluminum Crowler cans in under 60 seconds! 4-pack flights of 16oz tallboy cans are also available for take-home enjoyment in Apopka.
